This is strange, you should post your ini files here. Something might be missing somewhere and say if you're using minilogin or not (if you do, have you added the minilogin_ip variable to your account table?)

To see the output of zone.exe, launch MS dos commands, then move to your eqemu server dir, and run
zone . myip 7994 myip
