Well here are all the questions I can answer..

"can spell scrolls be summoned?"

Yes, you can summon spell scrolls.

"when summoning an item, can you just type #summonitem bread or do you have to do a #searchitem bread and find the id number ? "

You need to use the ID number of the item.

"is nature walker armor available?"

If you can find a database with the armor in it, or create it yourself using an admin tool for the DB.

"is any luclin armor available and can people w/o luclin stil wear it?"

Same with the Nature walker armor. If it is in the database, you can summon and use it.
