Wait! You mean the agreement where we say we won't hack EQ and use mods on it... *looks around*. Riiiight . Kinda funny to compare the two. Since everyone who uses this mod is agreeing to those terms which they are then breaking.

"Freedom of speech" can only be infringed upon by a government entity...so unless this board is run by the government, they can do whateve they want.

Also, I believe freedom of speech only applies on public property, not private, but these boards are privately owned and funded.
