login prob

i changed my eqhost to Host=eqemulator.net:5998 patched to live and created an account. (You are using 1 out of 3 of your accounts)

but when i log in it says a connection to the server cannot be reached...

is the server down at the moment?
oh and i do have the patchme argument at the end of the eqgame.exe
