You forgot to mention..

Well going off the ebay idea, since they now support aftermarket selling of their items, or item purchasing from 3rd parties over EBAY.. they'll have a search feature for their item DB, you search for the item you want, enter your credit card money and THEY get the bonus... in in later expansions, since you can buy power leveling, you can just open a secured account interface ingame, to purchase levels and titles !!.... *sigh*
