Freezing After Character Selection
My friend and I play on PEQ. He just recently started and has problems getting on. He can get up to the character selection screen fine. But when he tries to enter the world he freezes (times out). I've been searching the forums for 5 hours now. When he does get on though, (Literally after 30 tries) he crashes most of the time when he zones. I told him to change his datarate.txt but it didn't change. Is there any fix for this? We are using the 6.1DR2 or whatever version client thing. <-----(Uhh does that make any sense?) If you have any suggestions that would be great. Changing the eqhost wouldnt help either would it? I think his is like 5998. Please help! We just want to play some what stabily...
