For the most part you can't really just "get" a Database. Most people work on their own and keep them to themselves for many reasons. The best one I have found is the PEQ Database, they are currently in beta Velious I believe, but that doesn't mean the other areas are stripped either. Get that one and make some alterations to it yourself and add what you need, its the best way to learn.
