Default Unable to attack mobs.

I've been poking searching the forums for quite awhile, and many threads have mention of this problem, but no fixes or even discussions about it. I was wondering if there is a fix for it and where/how can I do it? The problem seems that the players coordinates are not being updated to the world or zoneserver. The PEQ server works just fine. Do they have their own versions of the binaries? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Except for... It doesn't work. I overwrote the old .exe's and now my server doesn't even show up on the list.

Eh? It did work. But after I left for maybe a half an hour and came back, my server won't list at all. I made no changes.

-Edit and now it works. For no reason. Sorry, But I hope people notice this thread, it's a good easy way to the fix. Thanks by the way.
