So Close And Yet So Far

I'm still new to EQEmu, but I feel like I've read everything I can read to no avail. Just to preface: I've RTFM... I've read these forums including all stickies.

PROBLEM 1:
When using Minilogin, I am able to run everything without error, and I can log in fine, but I am unable to flag my account properly to give myself Server-OP privileges. Now, I did read that 0.3.3 fixes something about flagging, but I'm not sure if this is the same issue I am running into. I did, however, notice that no flagging message is appearing in the command window when I run "world.exe flag eqemu 200" so I'm not doing something right.

PROBLEM 2:
When using the regular eqemu server, I am able to run world.exe and the bat file, but I cannot log into my own server. I also suspect that if I were able to log into it, I would not have Server-OP privileges as mentioned above. But I can't even get into the character select screen.

Any suggestions?

Regarding world flag... not working that is exactly what 3.3 fixed

It would seem you missed this sticky http://eqemu.sourceforge.net/forums/...;threadid=1736 specifically "please provide the following information:" After just about every numbered item.

This problem was fixed by the new version, so never mind.
