You were correct I checked the in game map then used the x,y,z, locations to actually get to the map. It is the new bazaar. Not important though. There isn't any NPC's there and also the scions and Pok books are non-existant. I have found using magelo to be a great tool for finding item id's. For looking up items, I recommend
http://eqitems.13th-floor.org it's a lucy-like clone on steroids from one of the guys in #showeq. They are in-game collected items, not user submitted so they should be *VERY* accurate.
