I'm able to get it to work with Window XP. To get it to work, run Eq Model, point folder to EQ folder. Inside program, you start off choosing s3d then click "Load s3d" at bottom. List will show up on top right corner, pick one of wld and click "Load Model" under the list. Then you can see model stuff list at lower right corner.
