Zone not yet rdy for visitors

I know 2 bugs with this result :

A- You need more dynamic zone up (the program don't find any dynamic zone up for make north ro).

B- Your zone "Min_status" is'nt = 0 (in the database zone) and you don't have the status for enter in zone.
