I'll start off by saying I don't know. Now here's an educated guess. It might be in the 'zone' table. And I believe it might be in the 'sky' or 'ztype'. Since this isn't an issue for me (I dislike the moon very much) you might want to check it out. Oh, and make a wiki entry about all the different types and add it to lists. You'll help yourself and the community.
P.S. Sorry I couldn't give definitive answers. I'm still researching 'objects' and object placement.
