Default Radiant/Ebon Crystals
Radiant/Ebon Crystals - Does eqemu use these yet? I'm trying to decide if these will be in my program (I'll just comment them out till they are supported if their not.)

I'm confident they are not currently used. They came with DoN, no? If Emu currently supported up to Luclin, it's a safe bet.

Consider them commented out. ^-^ Thats one overhead we don't need.
