I am assuming you are using xp, if I am wrong then completely ignore what I am about to say. Right click on the eqgame.exe, send to -> desktop. Right click on the newly created shortcut, enter patchme after the path, outside of the single quotes. That should do the trick.

Right click eqgame.exe in your EQ folder, go down to/select: create shortcut.

Then, edit it, and add patchme, and put your shortcut wherever you want it. Desktop or whatnot.

Just to follow up to give you a better understanding... what you are looking for here is the path to the actual file "eqgame.exe" (without quotes), on your hard drive. If you installed EQ Titanium in the default location then this statement:

is incorrect... The proper path should be:
Code:
"C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme
Notice the Sony folder has been added...Open Windows Explorer and follow this path to verify that...

The quotation marks are there for the folder "Program Files". Notice the white-space in there? That is to ensure there are no issues with white-spaces... If you had the path (instead) of:
Code:
C:\Sony\Everquest\Eqgame.exe
Then you would NOT need the quotes because none of the folders have white-spaces in them.

Cheers, hope this helps some.

I followed you guys advise and got it to run. However, when i run it, (i have already been usin the Shards of Dalaya server) it takes me to the same login as the SoD. Is that what is supposed to happen? Is there a way to use SoD and EQemu at the same time?

i guess i should clarify what i mean by the last sentence. By having SoD enabled is it somehow affecting the shortcut i made for EQemu?

Two different EQ folders.
1. SoD folder with their modifications
2. Eqemu folder with only the Titanium CD install files.

send the eqgame.exe of each to the desktop.
Rename the one for SoD to something like 'SoD EQ' and the one for the EqEmu to something like 'EQEmu EQ', to help you keep track of which is which.

SoD uses a MUCH older client and is not currently capable of being used as a basis for the eqemu currently.
