check your start.bat file..

right click and edit then see that it looks like this:

@echo off
start world.exe
cls
Echo Wait for World to finish loading....Press Enter when done.
pause
start eqlaunch.exe zones
exit
_______

where next to last line says 'zones' and not 'zone'
