need a guide to set my server tp PVP help

im looking to use my PEQ DB server as is i just would like a how to guide to trun on pvp I would like to have 1 item loot from a player and all levels PVP flaged or maybe level 5+ active pvp dont matter what lvl thay start pvp 1-10 . so if its lvl 10 then a lvl 65 could pk a lvl 10

1.how do i make my peq server pvp
2.how do i make it 1 item loot from player
3.how do i make it any level can atk any level

i kniow how to use mysql cmd mysql query and navicat to edit my db
so if any of them can be used for this plz give me some info on this i have looked for 2 days for post on how to make a pvp server TY for any help you can give and TY for taking the time to help a Noob out.

UPDATE: Ok with a little work i have now got my server up as a pvp with one item loot and all coin when you pk a player i now one need a mysql query code to set the levels in witch you can atk. a player i think it is set to any level can fight i atk my Gm lvl 99 with a lvl 2 bst so it looks like its working the way i want it to . I do want it to be a any level VS any Level so i may not have to change a thing. Lets hope but if im wrong i could use a mysql code for this TY

The server is working fine till i shut it down for a month now im back and have some Gm#cast command prob's working on that now Tome Of Discord server will be back up soon i hope
