I have all of the icons for the Titanium client, and am working on extracting the icons for the later expansions (dragitem34.tga through dragitem59.tga, which should take us through icons # 2604). Unfortunately, I haven't found a good batch program to extract the 40px x 40px images from them, and make the background transparent, otherwise I'd probably be done by now
