I'm guessing this is your problem since you said it happens about every 15 minutes. Pressing ALT+U will bring up the window for Tribute. The default setting is for 5 entries of Aura of Clarity. This is wrong and bugs your character if you click the enable button. It's nice to have super mana regen but it only lasts for 10 minutes until you are kicked.
To fix this, you must go to a Tribute Master and downgrade the 5 entries until you have nothing in your tribute window. Then if you choose to, you can add tribute effects back into your window normally.
