Client crash on first hit combat CRIT

I have been getting reports from players that when they hit a mob, if the first hit is a crit, it crashes them out. I tested this by going to the same zone (PoJustice) and trying to get it to crit on the first hit. Finally, it did, and sure enough... it booted me to login.

I am running PEQ with modified loot tables, but other than that, nothing modified.
