You're using version 1104 of the PEQ database, but are you using the same version of the emulator?
It almost sounds like you have an older version of the database with an outdated aa_effects table. Are you doing a drop_system and load_system to load the new version of the database?
Just talk it out, tell us a little more of what's going on, and we'll do what we can. It's not the end of the world, and someone here can more than likely crack it
