Are your zones running? What db are you using? You said you could log in before but ran into problems and had to clear your db. What sort of problems and what do you mean by clearing your db? Nothing in any of the logs? Do you even get the new client connect in the logs? Are you running dynamic and static zones or just dynamic? Did you alter any of the configs from the first time that you had it running?
