As far as being close to live, the best you can get is The Grand Creation (PEQ). Most of the servers with increased exp rates and solo content are custom servers which can differ from Live quite a bit. But, if you haven't yet tried a custom server, I recommend checking some out. You might find that you enjoy them more than you thought you would.
