My guess is that it is a database issue. If your server had a power failure while the server was running, it can cause database corruption. To fix it, you can use navicat to do repairs on the tables individually. It will say if it actually repaired something or if it just completed without finding any problems.

If you were messing with static and dynamic zone setups, that might be part of the problem. You might want to check your zone dump table and maybe your launcher zones table as well to make sure they are setup properly and that you don't see anything odd in them.

Those errors you were reporting are normal. Those are just checks to find which version of the client is being used. You can ignore them as long as they eventually find a match.
