Did you have EQ installed before you installed Titanium? If you don't uninstall and delete the directory, or install Titanium into a completely new directory, there can still be file issues. Also, there is no chance that you patched at all is there? You are using a shortcut to eqgame.exe with the patchme setting in it?

When you started EQ, did you go through the options settings (before logging in) and select your video card and other settings? Make sure you do that. Also, you might want to try messing with resolution in the options and maybe even adjusting your windows desktop resolution.

What operating system are you running? Windows XP? Vista? You might need to try running in compatibility mode and see if that helps at all. You can find instructions on how to set that in a sticky in this General Support section for Dual Core CPUs.

That should be enough to get you started with a few things to try. Let us know if you still have any issues, or if you are able to get it resolved

Oh, and make sure you are trying different servers. Some of them have issues and so, it is possible that the problem isn't on your end.
