Its debatable whether this code would be covered under the GPL, the license inst included in the source code anywhere that I can see. Just saying it's GPL'd isnt enough, it needs to be attatched to the source code.

That aside, the fact is that this ad is still an extremely good case of consumer fraud (misrepresentation of said goods).

Plus, theyre obviously a f'ing idiot when they admit that they're trying to charge 75 bucks for a link.
