Looking for help from a ServerOperator.

OK, here it goes. I am going to try and set up my own Private server for my kids to run on. I have 3 Desktops and a laptop. all of which are connected to the internet. I need some info on how to use my Router ** Linksys* as a Lan party maker. my Gaming system will be the Main server to log onto. Just need to figure out how to hook up the other 2 to mine in Lan format so my kids can play with me.

I am also Looking for information on what is all doable in the game, as in, do all the original quests, npcs, mobs, raid encounters and such work just like they did back in the Live game?

With the install of Titanium, it has 10 expansions. How many of them are playable. I hope all of them are.

Not sure where to start but here are a few answers.

Most of the content up to PoP is playable. It isn't complete (missing a few quests and mobs in places) but playable.

To play on a private server (what you talk about doing) or on a public server you will need to install the game from the Everquest Titanium CDs. That is basically the only version that currently works with the emulator.

I would recommend playing around on some of the public servers to see if you like it before spending the time to setup a server.
If you are looking for a server that is really close to live I would recommend trying PEQ The Grand Creation
