Those are the stats of the server? I am not OS bashing, but most likely it is either a Dual Core or Vista issue. Maybe you can start the server in Compatibility mode lol. What version of the emu are you running?

No, no, sorry. This is a client issue, those are the stats of my laptop. The server is running Windows Server 2003, the server is fine =P This is entirely a client issue on my end, haha.
