not an expert here but til the more knowledgable comes around i can at least try an help.

"sounds" somthing clientside although it may not be. have you tried updating your video/sound card drivers to the most recent?

have you tried running EQ with WinEQ2? it "might" fix your issue. honestly this program is the only way ive been able to use the titanium client across three different boxes so far and it not acted funny.

just taking a couple guesses bro. hopefully one o' them might work or a guru will be with you at some point today.
