Depends on what you're wanting to do. I'm sure Omens needs a lot of database work as well as quest work. If you're working on database stuff, several of the zones have multiple and duplicate spawns and the like and need to be cleaned up. I'm sure several also need correct pathing. Wouldn't be surprised if lots of zones still needed loot tables done and attached to mobs.
As far as quests go, I think there are a few PEQ people working on one or two of the epic 1.5s and a couple other Omens quests in the works. Download the PEQ quest pack to see what has already been completed and uploaded. If you want to work on quests, feel free to, though I know the one thing that would get that expansion moving fastest is the quest, task, and flag series of stuff for the progression through the expansion. That'll get the expansion going faster than anything else.
