timeout error deal

Ok for some reason after I logged off last night then try and log back on today. I get the timeout error thing I know its probly answered in the FaQ thing or something but can't go to that page for some reason or couple other links in the forums no idea whats wrong. Ive tried redoing shortcut and checking firewalls and all that crap but I was just playing couple hours ago what could have changed?
