did i lose ability to make new posts

did i lose ability to make new posts in all of the other forums??? was it punishment for starting a thread about the DD-WRT firmare in the wrong forum??

please move this to windows server support..because i have a question for there and I can't post there...

but does anyone know why I might be seeing this error in the zone error log after trying to load into world from char select, this is with 752 db and code updates.
