The files mentioned in that walkthrough are the ones you need.

Browse to the folder that you're building from.. after you find the main directory, should be like.. /trunk/EqEmuServer

/trunk/eqemuserver/changelog.txt

/trunk/eqemuserver/Chatserver.exe, EMuShareMem.dll, Mailserver.exe, World.exe, Zone.exe

/trunk/eqemuserver/eqlaunch/release/eqlaunch.exe

/trunk/eqemuserver/utils/opcode and patch .conf files

and whatever else mentioned, if you need

Backup your current ones, replace with those, and have fun
