Error sourcing load_bots (Rev 946)

Mine failed every time - because i was using

mysql -u<login> -p<pass> <db> < load_bots.sql

if one logs into mysql first, then runs
source load_bots.sql

it'll work the 2nd time.

I had the same 2 rule errors on a clean db install and compile of rev 946.
