Default Broken AA: Virulent Paralysis

Virulent Paralysis is supposed to be an AA low resist root with knockback component for Shamans. I bought it recently, and every time I use it I get a "you have resisted your Virulent Paralysis spell" message. No, I'm not targeting myself. It attempts to cast on me regardless of who I have targeted. (fortunately I resisted it, at least).

Pretty sure this just needs a database fix. I'm betting the target type isn't set to 2, but I don't honestly know how to find the AA ID. Someone else able to help on this one? Or at least point us in the right direction?

from altadv_vars, "Virulent Paralysis" is aaid #513.

from aa_actions, rank 0 and 1 of aaid #513 are set to target 1. Rank 2 is set to target 2. I suspect all three of those need to be set to target 2.
