AAXP issues

I really have looked through the forums people... I SWEAR! *grin*

I have successfully set up a server, it is hookedup and running and I have had a fewpeople whine about not being able to type #level 60 already

ROFL...

POP even works good...

So my question is on AAXP... I can use the #setaapts to give myself any number of AA points but insofar cannot use any... is this still an issue then?

Thanks so much, sorry if this was answered elsewhere I really can't find it.
