Was wondering if i get sof if i need to redo my server its the most recent revision seeing its 4 days old or if all i have to do is put the spell files on my server ty

You don't have to redo anything. Just make sure your SoF client is running a spell file that matches your server's database. You can do that by exporting the table back into a spells_us.txt file format.

one last question so people on server can use all the spells i just need to supplie a spell file right?
