No server list after login

I have a problem with the server list not showing up 9/10 times after i login, the only solution i found is to logout and retry till i see it, it is a real nightmare some days since i 6 boxs and can take sometime up to 40mins to login all my chars if you add the numerous others bugs (freezes at char select, login not answering all the time, freezes on zones...).

Anyone got a solution? i use a basic dsl modem and my ip is dynamic if it matters, i use winEQ 2.0, my firewall is windows vista one and is set to let acces to winEQ/EQ
