another question

do i need to make chracter thats is in the same zone as the server or all most zones availible meaning do each of the servers just host one zone at a time are alot of them and if it is just one zone how do i found out what zone is up on live server im just wondering if this might be the reason im getting cutoff after chracter name arpoval all i really wanna do is make it into any of the listed servers trying to figure out why i cant.
