EQemu on Mac running Windows?

I don't know if anyone has ever tried this, but can some one confirm whether or not it would work if I installed Windows 7 on my iMac and tried to play?

I've been playing Project 1999 on my PC, but I'm about to upgrade my Macbook Pro to an iMac and would prefer to use it instead since my PC is older than dinosaurs. Does anyone know whether or not EQemu would be compatible?
