Are you trying to make a non-classic race/class combination? Keep in mind that halfling rangers/paladins etc are NOT welcome. :P

Are you trying to play with more than 1 person on the same IP without an exemption?

Anyways, post questions on the PROJECT1999 forums in the appropriate forum. Eqemulator.org is not the place for server specific questions.
