Default new account problem

my wife wanted to register with eqemulator but the site never sent an email after she registered. Please advise. Thanks

The site sent the email, but her email either blocked it completely or it went into spam. You can always register her with a different email if needed.

strange, we checked her spam folder and nothing. I also ask the site to send me my password (forgot password link) and I haven't received anything either ( I checked my spam folder as well). Perhaps it has to do domain name issue with the mail servers.

Some email services like hotmail and yahoo have blocked the entire eqemulator domain as if it was a spamming domain. Not much you can do about it other than to get support from your email provider to get it unblocked, or use a different email like gmail, which rarely has issues like that and is just better all around (IMO!).
