Make a sub-directory wherever your server resides called "logs" (like C:\eqemu\logs if your server is in eqemu) and then restart your server. It should populate with various log files (some won't show up until you stop the server).

Your (eqemu)login.ini file should be the one you want to change, I think.

Edit: Or eqemu_config.xml
