Default Is there a serveur with Kurnark + Vellious ONLY??
That's my question, is there an active server with Kunark + Vellious or just only Kunark?

There is not. Project 1999 is currently only Original EQ with Kunark in development.

Vz/tz has classic/kunark enabled with plans for velious.

Kind of depends what you are looking for. True to class live or classic zones customized but not OMFG OP or classic zones customized into OMFG way OP.
