1711_account_restricted_aa.sql

Hello, I seem to be stuck at a common problem however the fix that is on the forums is not working for me. I am trying to source 1711 and up into db 1751, I have managed to get everything in sourced in but this.

After deleting the first line of the file like this Huppy's guide explains and the forum; I am still getting this error

[Err] 1146 - Table 'peq.account' doesn't exist
[Err] ALTER TABLE `account` ADD `time_creation` INT UNSIGNED DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL AFTER `suspendeduntil`;
[Msg] Finished - Unsuccessfully

I just cant seem to get it working right, if anyone might have another solution or be able to point out to me what I may be doing wrong, it would be much appreceated!
