lerxst,

Hey I really appreciate all of your help, we got it working, kind of. Some really interesting behavior, we were able to set up debug mode with visual studio, a really helpful insight by the way.

In debug mode we were able to get a player to enter the world, which is a first, it doesn't do that in release mode. One down side is that of course the game runs super slow, loading times are like x10 of other servers.

Next we had a character run around and zone once, which worked fine. Then fought a guard and died, but it booted the player when trying to respawn them. Our second character could join as well. So overall zoning seems fairly stable and works. Few bugs like some wierd character in qeynos hills that you couldn't target. Anyway why would it work in debug mode?

Lastly, is it common to see these strange things, like mobs named strange things ie. bind trap (the npc)? I have a feeling it is a by product of the fresh install but some confirmation would be reassuring. =)

In any case thanks so much for your help, it is refreshing to be able to connect, even if it is slow and in debug mode.
