well im getting the same problem. So i updated my email address hoping that will fix the issue but it didnt. I have done all the activation as requested. Yet im still getting the same message stated above from the original poster. Im trying to create a login server acct. I alrdy have 1 acct but i want to create a 2nd acct so that i can dual box. Help
