We are on the same network and i am sure that they do not have a set limit to ips on the server please help me fix this issue.

Have you read the FAQ in my sig yet? It may be able to help. Are you both using the same client unpatched? Are you using a custom UI? Have you checked your everquest/logs/dbg.txt file output to see if it has any errors that might help pinpoint the issue? Have you tried any other servers to see if you can log into others or not? Have you verified your client version is a supported client?

I did read the FAQ and I have tried several fixes none so far have worked. My uncle is using his dial up connection and gets on with no issue at all now, but I am trying to get in game via Satellite Internet and no luck I was in game one time on the satellite but now it loads the server screen I pick EQ Titian but it takes me to the login screen once again. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this.

PC Scpecs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
SP1
6GB RAM
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840 Processor 3.20 GHz

This is more then enough to run EQ hell we played EQ in 2000 on Windows ME with 256 MB RAM on Dial up no issues.
