well...

Did you even launch the server files?

Not to sound stupid, but you said you had 3.11, but you didn't say anythign about running it at all lol...

Make sure you run the following files in this order:

1) Minilogin.exe
2) World.exe
3) Boot5zones.bat

Then after you connect and you're at the world select screen, your server should be there.
