Almost there...just one little snag

Okay...I seem to have everything working more or less correctly now...but I'm running into a snag.

I am running the everquest 'classic.' on windows XP.

Whenever I start all the goodies up...everything comes off fine...

Except that when I enter the game screen...it goes through the patch process, and replaces my eqhosts file with one of it's own.

It does this every time I try to login.

What do I do?
